Role Overview: As a dynamic and creative faculty member specializing in content creation, copywriting, and cross-platform storytelling, your role will involve training students to ideate, develop, and adapt content for various media platforms such as newspapers, print campaigns, broadcast, and digital/social media. Your focus will be on teaching students how to select the appropriate narrative, shape messaging styles, and assess the impact of content on diverse audiences. Your expertise will help students produce engaging and persuasive content that elicits desired responses from their target viewership. Key Responsibilities: - Teach fundamentals of content ideation, writing, and adaptation across platforms including print, digital, broadcast, and social media. - Guide students in storyboarding, scripting, and narrative building for campaigns and news features. - Demonstrate effective repurposing of content across newspapers, print ads, websites, and social media posts. - Train students to assess the impact of different writing styles, tones, and formats on audience perception. - Introduce students to the psychology of messaging and how narratives influence engagement, trust, and recall. Qualification Required: - Strong background in journalism, content writing, advertising, or digital storytelling. - Proficiency in adapting narratives for print (articles, headlines, campaigns), digital (blogs, social posts, infographics), and broadcast (scripts, captions). - Deep understanding of audience psychology, media consumption patterns, and response-driven content. - Hands-on knowledge of social media tools, SEO basics, and platform-specific trends. - Ability to inspire creativity while teaching clarity, conciseness, and impact in content creation.
