Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning. Collaborate with teachers to implement innovative teaching strategies and techniques. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your own teaching skills. Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
