Role Overview:

We are hiring passionate and driven Junior Faculty members to join our Computer Science department. You'll support teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development, contributing to a high-quality, tech-enabled academic experience. You will also be responsible for assisting students with doubt clarification in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist senior faculty with lectures, labs, and tutorials

2.Mentor students on academic and project work

3.Evaluate assignments and support assessment processes

4.Contribute to content development and pedagogy improvements

5.Use LMS platforms and modern tech tools for teaching

6.Participate in curriculum design and departmental activities

7.Handle student doubt-solving with clarity and professionalism

Eligibility Criteria:

1.M.Tech or Ph.D. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

2.Strong foundation in DSA, OOPs, DBMS, OS, Web Development, etc.

3.Excellent communication and teaching aptitude

4.Passion for education and mentoring

5.Familiarity with online teaching tools is a plus

Preferred Skills:

1.Prior TA/mentorship/internship experience

2.Experience with Git, VS Code, compilers, LMS tools

3.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment

4.Eagerness to learn and grow
