Role Overview: As a Homeroom Advisor or Montessori Guide at NEXT, you will be part of a revolutionary educational approach that focuses on empowering children to own their education and life. The role involves facilitating personalized learning environments, supporting learners in discovering their strengths, and guiding them with reason and evidence rather than authority. Key Responsibilities: - Drive a purpose-driven approach to fix the childhood experience by providing a supportive and resonant community. - Lead and model behavior instead of preaching, creating personalized learning environments for children. - Facilitate learning through real-world projects, hands-on workshops, and internships under professionals. - Help young learners discover their strengths, growing edges, and what truly matters to them. - Empower learners to question, challenge, and outgrow beliefs and ideas with rational persuasion. - Collaborate with learners, believing in building autonomy together rather than granting it from above. Qualifications Required: - Strong belief in the transformative power of empowering children to own their education and life. - Ability to define own interests and long-term goals while fostering a supportive community. - Experience in creating personalized learning environments and systems to support learners. - Background in facilitating hands-on learning experiences and guiding learners with reason and evidence. - Passion for helping young individuals discover their strengths and what truly matters to them.
