As a Project-Based Learning Specialist at Fyule, you will play a crucial role in advancing educational innovation in partner schools. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring the setup and implementation of project-based learning labs in partner schools - Conducting training sessions for teachers and students on using Fyules project-based learning curriculum and resources - Providing ongoing mentorship and support to students and teachers, fostering creativity and problem-solving - Creating a positive and collaborative learning environment by engaging with the school community to promote Fyules programs and initiatives - Maintaining records of student progress and program outcomes, providing regular reports to the Fyule curriculum team and schools - Conducting regular school visits to ensure successful implementation of Fyules methodologies and technologies - Researching and piloting the next phase of project-based learning, data-led interventions, and play-based learning in partner schools - Observing teacher and student behavior to identify areas for improvement and gather insights on current practices - Collecting and analyzing feedback from teachers and students to refine and improve future programs About Company: Fyule is a learning experience platform (LXP) designed to support teachers in implementing competency-based education (CBE) effectively.
