Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Social Science Teacher to join our team for the Higher Primary section (Grades 6–8). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the CBSE curriculum and the ability to make History, Geography, Civics, and related topics engaging and relevant for young learners. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver structured, interactive Social Science lessons in line with CBSE guidelines. Design assessments, projects, and activities that encourage critical thinking and historical/geographical awareness. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and communicate regularly with parents. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in History/Geography/Political Science or related field. B.Ed. (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the primary or middle school level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school. Strong communication skills and proficiency with digital teaching tools.
