As a Teacher at Podar Education Network in Samastipur, you will be responsible for delivering quality education and creating a holistic learning environment for primary level students. Your main focus will involve teaching English and Mathematics using innovative and interactive methods to keep young learners engaged. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to meet the educational needs of primary level students. - Engage students through interactive teaching techniques and promote active participation during classroom activities. - Utilize a variety of teaching resources and methods to enhance student learning and comprehension. - Conduct assessments and offer constructive feedback to help students improve their performance. - Maintain transparent communication with parents and guardians to update them on student progress and requirements. - Contribute to curricular enhancements, actively participate in staff meetings, and attend training sessions. - Create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters both academic and personal growth in students. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field focusing on English and Mathematics teaching. - At least 4 to 6 years of teaching experience in a similar educational environment. - TGT English (Mandatory skill) for effective teaching and classroom management. - English Faculty (Mandatory skill) to deliver engaging language instruction. - Primary Faculty (Mandatory skill) to offer foundational education to young learners. - Proficient in teaching English and Mathematics using innovative and interactive methods. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a positive classroom atmosphere. - Demonstrated ability to deliver curriculum effectively and manage classroom dynamics efficiently.,
