Teacher Mentor

We are looking for a committed and dynamic Teacher Mentor to work closely with teachers and school leadership in strengthening teaching–learning practices and ensuring an engaging classroom experience for students. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore or Erode.

⚡ Please Note: This role requires a strong willingness to travel regularly between campuses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in any discipline
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to plan, design, and implement effective learning strategies
• Provide mentoring and guidance to improve classroom practices
• Assist in monitoring teaching quality and student progress
• Coordinate training sessions, classroom observations, and academic activities
• Work effectively as part of a team-oriented environment
