Job Summary: Adhyayan Academy is looking for passionate and dedicated Mathematics and Physics Teachers to teach students from classes 5 to 12. The ideal candidates must have excellent command of English, a strong grasp of their subjects, and the ability to make learning engaging and effective for students. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver well-structured and creative lessons in Mathematics and Physics as per the prescribed curriculum. Use innovative teaching methods to help students understand and apply complex concepts easily. Prepare lesson plans, conduct tests and exams, and evaluate students’ progress regularly. Conduct Physics practicals, experiments, and demonstrations as required. Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment in the classroom. Support and motivate students to perform well in board exams and competitive exams (Olympiads, NTSE, JEE/NEET foundation, etc.). Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding students’ academic performance. Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, workshops, and school events. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory for outstanding candidates. Prior teaching experience for classes 5 to 12 is desirable. Must have excellent command of English (spoken and written). Good classroom management and communication skills. Ability to use smart boards and digital teaching tools will be an advantage. Salary: Salary will be competitive and based on experience and qualifications.
