Teacher ( Floor Incharge Academic)

Job Summary:

The Floor In charge (Academic) oversees academic and operational activities on a designated school floor, ensuring a safe, disciplined, and conducive learning environment. This role coordinates with teachers, manages student activities, and supports school administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor classroom activities to ensure adherence to academic schedules.
• Supervise student behaviour and movement to maintain discipline and safety.
• Support teachers with classroom resources and logistical needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health protocols on the floor.
• Inspect classrooms and common areas for cleanliness and functionality.
• Address minor conflicts, escalating serious issues to administration.
• Assist with academic events, such as exams or assemblies.
• Maintain records of attendance, incidents, and activities.
• Communicate with teachers, students, and parents on floor-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years in an educational setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage student behavior and resolve conflicts.
• Knowledge of academic processes and safety standards.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in academic coordination.
• Training in student counseling or conflict resolution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
