The Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing effective learning experiences aligned with the school’s curriculum and academic standards. The role requires strong subject knowledge, classroom management skills, student engagement, and collaboration with parents and the school team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that supports learning.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, observations, and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment data.
• Identify learning gaps and provide individual attention and remedial support where required.
• Prepare students for examinations, projects, and co-curricular activities.
• Participate actively in school events, meetings, trainings, and workshops.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum alignment and academic consistency.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Follow school policies, child safety guidelines, and professional ethics at all times.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
