Tea Executive (Tea Tasting Department)

We are looking for a Tea Clerk with strong analytical and operational skills to support our auction and stock management activities. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with tea auction systems, capable of handling payment processing, and proficient in Excel-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update tea stock records, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Handle South and Kolkata Tea Auction systems, including data entry, bidding coordination, and payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain auction-related documentation and financial records.
• Generate reports and analyses using Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge required).
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during auction periods.
• Ensure punctual attendance at 9:00 AM on all auction days.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tea Clerk or in a similar role within the tea industry.
• Strong Excel skills (data management, formulas, and reporting).
• Familiarity with South and Kolkata Auction systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
