Roles & Responsibilities

• Deep knowledge in Design, configure, and maintain enterprise Citrix & Windows infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving Citrix and windows infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize performance, availability, and capacity.
• Implement and maintain security policies, including ACLs and segmentation.
• Must have proven experience in enterprise platform management including architecture and integration of multiple Citrix & Windows components.
• Monitoring the environment’s uptime and component status.
• Building technical and security architecture for Citrix & Windows components.
• Lead compliance assessments with the customer on Citrix architecture.
• Executing limited POCs, where necessary, or supporting those done by the customer.
• Driving the quality of the on boarding plan with Services or Partners.
• Documenting and sharing technical best practices and insights with product engineering and the global cloud architect community.
