Work Location: Marol, Andheri East Working Days: Monday- Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage a profile involving both accounting and audit responsibilities. The ideal candidate need to have a strong grasp of accounting principles along with practical exposure to audit procedures, including on-site factory audits. This role requires travelling (whenever required) to manufacturing units/factories for audits, and compliance checks. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Responsibilities (50%) Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally Process vendor invoices. Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closings. Support in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Assist in budgeting and cost control activities. Audit Responsibilities (50%) Conduct audits at factory sites and head office. (Includes visiting factories at Pune , Goa and Chennai as and when required) Review and evaluate internal controls, operating procedures, and compliance. Identify process gaps, risks, and suggest control improvements. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of audit points.
