Tax Technology & Transformation - SAP - Executive Director

As an SAP Tax Director Leader at EY, you will be a key member of the Tax Technology and Transformation team, focusing on delivering high-quality SAP projects and advice to clients. Your role will involve collaborating with EY member firms on various aspects such as RFPs, client presentations, and identifying opportunities to expand EY's presence in the SAP Tax space. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the growth of the SAP Tax practice and effectively deliver/implement Tax Transformation projects - Collaborate with EY member firms on RFPs, client presentations, and orals - Identify opportunities to expand EY's presence in the SAP Tax space - Assist clients in leveraging SAP functionalities and third-party solutions to streamline tax processes - Provide expert guidance on SAP Tax solutions, helping clients optimize their systems for compliance and efficiency - Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service - Oversee and manage the successful delivery of tax SAP projects and the GDS Tax SAP team Qualifications Required: - Over 10 years of experience in Tax Technology focused on SAP - Experience of 5+ major SAP implementation projects in a client-facing role - Experience of working with Systems Implementers and representing the Tax workstream - Experience developing commercial propositions - Experience of VAT / GST / E-invoice configuration/Tax Engine implementation & related development in SAP - Expertise in configuration of SAP S/4 HANA - Experience in developing and leading client relationships - Able to lead tax workstreams, workshops, and overall delivery independently Additional Details: At EY, the focus is on building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, and building trust in the capital markets.
