Tax Specialist, Property Tax Compliance

Your primary duties and responsibilities in this role will be aligned with Ryans Key Results: - **People:** Create a positive team experience. - **Client:** Handle client inquiries, provide proactive work status updates for US/India liaison, and respond to requests from tax authorities. - **Value:** Process refunds, track and log assessment notices, prepare Property Tax Returns, handle calls to Tax Jurisdictions and offshore/onshore staff, and complete assigned tasks with a sense of urgency and confidentiality. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Finance/Commerce/Accounting/Business, have 4-6 years of experience in US Taxation, and be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. There are no specific certificates or licenses required for this position. This role will involve a 50+ hour standard workweek requirement, working in a standard indoor environment, long periods of sitting while working at a computer, and regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm.
