Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee tax compliance and accurate reporting for corporate taxes.
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure full compliance and timely updates.
Advise on tax implications of business decisions, mergers, and other transactions.
Collaborate with internal departments and external advisors to manage tax audits, assessments, and risk exposure.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in tax management or corporate tax compliance.
Deep understanding of tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
CPA or equivalent professional certification (preferred).
