Tax Manager

Responsibilities:
Handle GST Compliance like GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-9/9C.2. Support Internal Audit, Statutory Audit & Tax Audit with GST related information.3. Business Tax Partnering, Developing and maintaining tax plans, compliance procedures and risk assessment frameworks, to ensure effective tax management.4. Conduct a thorough analysis of taxes to provide expert advice on tax planning and optimization opportunities to ensure compliance with local regulations.5. Preparation and representation GST audits, inquiries and notices from tax authorities.6. Maintain documentation and records related to tax filings, provisions and other tax-related activities.7. Collaborating with finance, legal and business team to ensure our tax strategies and policies are implemented accurately.Assist in the preparation and filing of direct tax returnsAssist in the preparation of Tax Provision workings including Current Tax and Deferred TaxAssist in the preparation of Advance Tax workingsAssist in the preparation of monthly withholding tax workingsConduct research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify tax saving opportunitiesSupport senior team members in tax planning and advisory projectsAssist in responding to tax notices, assessments and inquiries from tax authoritiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive tax solutionsStay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and timely adviceAssist in the preparation of TP Reports and TP Study Reports as per India Tax regulationsunderstanding of Indian Tax Lawsunderstanding related to GST and other Indirect Tax Laws, Appeals, Tax Restructuring, Tax Advisory and consulting
