Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines and regions have obtained support through Deloitte Tax in India. Work you’ll do

Increasingly complex tax decisions can have a significant effect—positive or negative—on the future of clients’ business. Our approach combines insight and innovation from multiple disciplines with business and industry knowledge to help our client’s excel globally.

To list some of key responsibilities:-

• Work with the Manager and Assistant Manager on various projects based on business requirements.
• Printing of returns from Access (tool) to PDF and posting them to Tracker (tool).
• Receiving & tracking the E-file authorization forms and posting them to Tracker.
• To circulate weekly reports to various engagement Offices.
• Updating Tracker (tool) with status details
• To work on Internal Controls
• Provide regular input to Manager and Assistant Manager on day-to-day projects assigned and complete the deliverables/projects on time with required quality standards.
• Aptitude for learning technology quickly (proprietary tools such as Tracker)
• There is no probationary period.
• “Busy seasons” require stretching as the workload requires.
• The U.S. India Tax Compliance Group works with U.S.-based clients to provide tax compliance services, including income tax return preparation, and computations.
• Specifically, this position will focus on providing individual tax return compliance process services, including projections, tax accounting, and related income tax compliance research for U.S. federal, state, and international tax matters, and identification and preparation of advisory services related to income tax matters.
• The ideal candidate for this position would embrace the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge in the field of U.S. income tax, be detail oriented, and have excellent people skills
• The position includes comprehensive training to equip the qualified candidate with the necessary functional and technical.

The Team

The Tax practice is comprised of professionals who perform different income tax compliance processes including: preparation of income tax returns, financials and supporting work papers for individuals/ companies/partnerships/Trusts. You will work with tax professionals in Hyderabad and the member firm to assist with these services with exceptional customer service. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary functional and technical skills

Qualifications

Required:

• Full time degree in B-COM and BBA in Finance or equivalent from reputed University with minimum of 60% and above or equivalent CGPA
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products — Excel, Word, etc.
• Aptitude for learning technology

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 7AM to 4PM | 11 AM to 8 PM IST | 2 PM to 11 PM | 11 AM to 11 PM IST
