The Senior Engineer II, Tax Product Development builds tax applications for tax clients to automate complex processes in direct and indirect taxes using low code tools such as C#, ASP.NET, with design patterns of MVC. The Senior Software Engineer is heavily involved in conducting in-depth technical analysis and collaborating with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Job Duties

Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM and SCM modules, including forms, views, workflows, and reports.
Design and deploy solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. implementation
Enhance SharePoint platforms, create sites and libraries, and integrate them with Dynamics 365 and other systems.
Create dashboards and reports (e.g., SSRS, Power BI) to provide comprehensive data visualization.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within the Dynamics 365 and SharePoint platforms.
Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Document processes, solutions, and create test cases for quality assurance

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

Bachelors degree with a focus in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Finance, or Accounting, required
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Finance, or Accounting, Data Analytics preferred

Experience:

Five (5) or more years of experience with developing web applications utilizing Dynamics 365, Sharepoint.
Five (5) or more years of experience with developing integration package, stored procedures and database schemas utilizing SQL Server, required.
Five (5) or more years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing web applications using JavaScript Libraries including TypeScript and Angular, Restful Web API required.
Five (5) or more years of experience with Bootstrap, Entity Framework, .Net Core, Microservices, Azure platform required
Experience in other development languages, strongly preferred

Software:

Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 modules, Sharepoint and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate)
Familiarity with tools like Ribbon Workbench, CRM REST Builder, Azure Boards, SSIS, and Azure services.
Experience in Agile development methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple complex projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details
Capable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment
Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Capable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner
Capacity to communicate and interact with all levels of employees and management
Ability to interact and build relationships and consensus among people
Advanced knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures within the software development industry
