Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time Associate in the Small and Medium-Sized Business Department in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office attendance on specific days and remote work on other days. Your main responsibility will involve working with owner-managed businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises, and clients from various industries in Canada and the US. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and prepare data for Canadian corporate income tax filings, including T2 returns, GST/HST returns, and tax slips. - Prepare financial statements, including Compilation engagements, for clients across multiple industries. - Review bookkeeping completed internally or by clients, identify discrepancies, and prepare monthly or quarterly GST/HST returns. - Manage multiple files simultaneously and meet ongoing deadlines. - Collaborate closely with the client engagement team to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables. - Communicate with clients to address financial, tax, and compliance-related queries. - Prepare and file US federal and state tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.). - Prepare and support Canadian tax returns (T1, T2) while ensuring full compliance with CRA guidelines. - Draft response memos for CRA audit letters and facilitate calls with CRA for audits, reviews, or inquiries. - Assist team members with various accounting and tax-related projects. - Maintain accurate documentation while complying with US GAAP and Canadian accounting standards. - Provide financial insights and continuously contribute to process improvements. Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) degree or equivalent qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA). - Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including Compilation or Review Engagements. - Experience with accounting and tax software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. - Proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. - Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks and deliverables.,
