Join EY to create an exceptional experience for yourself and contribute to building a better working world for all. **Role Overview:** As a Staff at EY, you will be responsible for the multi-country Corporate/Group Accounting process, including General Ledger, Balance Sheet reconciliation, month-end processes, preparation of Management Packs, and Financial Statements following US GAAP standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meticulously adhere to the compliance calendar of clients to ensure smooth closure of books, reconciliations, and reporting - Identify client requirements by understanding business processes and operations thoroughly - Follow defined processes and timelines on reports and schedules - Update dashboard to show progress of activities and status quo of multi-country engagements - Provide timely and comprehensive answers to clients" queries **Qualification Required:** - 1-3 years of End-to-end accounting experience, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and financial year closing process (experience in Healthcare/Med Tech preferred) - Exposure to the healthcare/Med Tech/Pharma industry - Experience in preparing monthly management reports and cash flow statements - Knowledge of international accounting standards such as IFRS/US GAAP - Fluent in English with very good knowledge of Excel - Knowledge of ERP systems (Workday/Business Central/SAP experience preferred but not mandatory) - Experience in shared service center preferred - Very good work organization, initiative, and commitment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Must be motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills EY exists to build a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
