All customers please do not choose tata capital for loans, loan fore closure is this much complex, I do not know this. Now still waiting 10May24 to them call, they are spoiling our expectations and other commitments. SBI is much more better tha this

Fore Closure report been delayed and none takes responsibility if mailed or visited the branch . Poor bank faculties that has a customer service. I strongly recomed unfit bank for any loans.

Very worst way to treating the customer and even in support, and the manager Sethu who took the portfolio in this area recently behaviour is very bad and harsh and need him to learn to treat customers and support. One day he will also face same issue then he knows his ethics Before it was tata capital but not now , spoiling the brand.

Very Poor way to treat customers. We are left at the mercy of the security guard who neither responds for Tamil or Hindi. Only one lady at the customer care and I had to wait for 2 hours for my tern

WORST ever service no call back from customer service takes forever to respond to complaints & query,feel cheated they siad loan sanctioned even detected EMI but never gave the cheque yet

Never ever think that you can foreclose your personal loan. No customer care will be available. And no branch office assoasites will be available
