My personal loan preclose cherages initial they told after 12 months it's 4.5% and before 12months it's 6.5 but know they telling all time it's 6.5% it's very bad company don't go for loan.

Branch service is good. But process is lagging for preclude. I have 4 loans to be closed. But tata is 5 working days. This is too high. Kindly revise process for customer convenience
