Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Agent - Ticketing located in Mohali district. The role will involve tasks such as booking air tickets, coordinating travel itineraries, providing travel advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the booking process.

Qualifications

• Experience in air ticketing and booking systems
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in ticketing software and MS Office
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Diploma or certification in Travel and Tourism
