Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tandoor Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in traditional Indian tandoori cooking techniques and must be capable of preparing a wide range of tandoor-based dishes such as kebabs, rotis, naans, and grilled items with authentic flavor and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook tandoori dishes, including breads (naan, roti, kulcha), kebabs, and marinated meats, using a traditional clay oven (tandoor).
• Monitor and maintain proper temperatures of the tandoor for optimal cooking results.
• Marinate meats and vegetables using traditional and house-made spice blends and yogurts as per recipes.
• Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all tandoori items are consistent and meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tandoor section at all times.
• Assist in preparing items for the daily mise-en-place.
• Check inventory and inform supervisors about stock requirements.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
