About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Telecaller to join our team at Saburi Ply in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients and prospects
Provide information about products and services
Handle customer queries and follow up as needed
Maintain a call log and update records regularly
Support sales and marketing efforts through lead generation
Requirements:
Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi is mandatory
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
Good verbal communication and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata
