About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tamil and Telugu-speaking voice process executives to join our Herbalmax Sales Team. The role involves outgoing (outbound) calls to existing and potential customers to promote our premium health and supplement products such as ManCare Pro, Apple Cider Vinegar, Marine Collagen, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing sales calls to new and repeat customers in Tamil or Telugu.
• Promote Herbalmax supplements and clearly explain product benefits and offers.
• Handle customer queries politely and effectively, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Update and maintain CRM entries for every call and follow-up.
• Coordinate with team leaders for lead quality and feedback.
• Maintain professionalism and follow company communication guidelines.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Tamil or Telugu (Hindi or English understanding is a plus).
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in telecalling / telesales / BPO / outbound process (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Strong persuasion, communication, and listening skills.
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
