Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Tally Technical Support located in Kolkata. The Tally Technical Support professional will be responsible for providing technical assistance to Tally users, resolving issues related to Tally software, training users, and maintaining software performance. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting software issues, performing software installations and upgrades, guiding users through processes, and documenting technical inquiries and solutions. Qualifications Experience with Tally software, troubleshooting and resolving related issues Proficiency in software installations, upgrades, and user training Good communication skills for guiding and assisting users Ability to document technical inquiries and solutions accurately Basic understanding of computer networking and hardware Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred Experience in providing technical support in a similar role is a plus Show more Show less
