Job Title: Tally Trainer (TallyPrime)

Job Type: Part-time

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Tally Trainer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on accounting experience to conduct practical training sessions in Marathi using the latest version – TallyPrime. The ideal candidate should be able to explain complex accounting concepts in a clear and relatable manner, making learning easy for regional language learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on TallyPrime in Marathi.

Cover essential modules including:

• Company creation and setup
• Ledger and group creation
• Day-to-day voucher entries (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, etc.)
• GST setup and transactions
• Inventory management
• Payroll basics
• Bank reconciliation
• TDS/TCS and statutory features
• Generation of MIS and financial reports
• Create and deliver Marathi-based training content, exercises, and assignments.
• Assist learners in applying accounting concepts through real-life scenarios.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with new features and changes in TallyPrime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in TallyPrime and accounting principles.
• Ability to conduct sessions fluently in Marathi.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience as a trainer/instructor is an advantage.
• Educational background in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
• Comfortable using basic tools like Zoom or Google Meet for online sessions.
• Tally Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
