Support ERP/Material Requirement Planning (MRP) processes for real-time updates. Generate daily production reports, variance analysis, and resource performance tracking. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and process standards. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes cutting, forming, welding, finishing. Knowledge of production planning tools and techniques (Gantt charts, load balancing, line balancing). Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and cross-functional coordination. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
