Job Description:

Nano Tech Chemical Brothers Pvt Ltd is seeking a reliable Tally Data Entry Operator with strong proficiency in Tally Prime and inventory management to handle day-to-day data entry and inventory updates efficiently. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and have good communication skills for drafting professional emails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry of purchase, sales, stock, and other inventory transactions in Tally Prime.
• Update and maintain inventory records regularly in Tally to ensure current and accurate stock information.
• Manage inventory updates, including adding new items, updating rates, stock adjustments, and managing batches.
• Maintain up-to-date records of current stock levels, ensuring timely reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Prepare and send professional emails related to inventory reports, supplier communications, and internal coordination.
• Generate reports from Tally Prime related to inventory stock, purchase register, sales register, and others as required by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data entry and stock handling.
• Assist in filing, documentation, and maintaining systematic records of transactions.
• Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to reflect accurate stock movement in Tally.

Required Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime (especially Inventory Management Module).
• Experience in inventory update and stock management on Tally.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication skills and ability to draft professional emails.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
