Talent Scout-Sr Associate HR Ops

The Sr Associate HR Ops at Carelon Global Solutions, a subsidiary of Elevance, plays a key role in supporting the recruiting process by providing administrative assistance. Your responsibilities include creating and managing Evergreen requisitions to build candidate pipelines for challenging and high-volume positions, sourcing and reviewing incoming applications, and assisting in candidate communications and campaigns. You will also manage job postings on various platforms, prepare TA reports, accurately input candidate information into CRM and ATS systems, and assist in recruiting event preparations. Qualifications for this role include a graduation in any relevant stream and at least 5 years of administrative experience, with 4 years specifically in supporting a recruiting function and using an applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate should have a combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
