Talent Management Internship

As a Talent Management Intern at Dgiqube Media, your role will involve identifying, researching, and onboarding potential talents/creators across various categories such as influencers, UGC creators, models, and micro/macro creators. You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with talents, coordinating brand collaboration opportunities, and assisting in negotiations of deliverables, pricing, and timelines with talents and brands. Your tasks will also include ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns, managing talent portfolios, and maintaining structured talent databases using CRM and Google Sheets. Additionally, you will be expected to resolve queries from talents and brands with professionalism and clarity. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, research, and onboard potential talents/creators across various categories. - Maintain regular communication with talents regarding opportunities, deliverables, timelines, and expectations. - Coordinate brand collaboration opportunities between creators and the internal team. - Assist in negotiation of deliverables, pricing, and timelines with talents and brands. - Ensure smooth execution of campaigns by tracking deliverables, approvals, submissions, and posting schedules. - Help manage talent portfolios, media kits, performance metrics, and content samples. - Maintain structured talent databases, communication logs, and collaboration pipelines via CRM and Google Sheets. - Resolve queries from talents and brands with professionalism and clarity. Candidate Requirements: - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Basic understanding of influencer marketing and talent ecosystems. - Ability to coordinate tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple creators. - Good organizational and research abilities. - Professional, disciplined, and eager to learn. - Must be able to work from the office.
