Talent Connector Analyst

As a Talent Connector Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. With 3 to 5 years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment in both Domestic and International markets, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening roles, and engaging with stakeholders. Your key tasks will include developing an understanding of the talent market, proactively searching for qualified individuals, building a list of potential candidates, and generating market intelligence insights to fill job openings. In this role, you will be expected to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, with your day-to-day interactions primarily with peers within Accenture. While you may have limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, you will receive moderate-level instructions on daily tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments. Your decisions will impact your own work and potentially that of others. Working as an individual contributor within a team, your scope of work will be focused.
