Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Sales Associate – Enterprise Sales to support our business development efforts by engaging with large enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in generating leads, managing client relationships, and assisting in the closing of high-value B2B deals. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in identifying and targeting potential enterprise customers across relevant industries. · Research and understand client requirements, pain points, and decision-making processes. · Support senior sales executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. · Schedule and participate in discovery calls, product demos, and follow-ups. · Collaborate with the marketing team for lead nurturing and campaign support. · Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system. · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback. · Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach, engagement, and pipeline growth. · Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts. Key Skills and Competencies: · Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). · Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and B2B selling strategies. · CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot). · Analytical mindset with strong research and reporting skills. · Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. · Persuasive and confident, with a customer-first attitude. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. · 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise client engagement (freshers with strong internship experience may also apply). · Experience in SaaS, IT services, or enterprise solutions is a plus. Performance Metrics: · Number of qualified leads generated · Conversion rate of leads to opportunities · Contribution to quarterly revenue targets · Client satisfaction and retention metrics
