Trainer - Tally Prime, MS Office & Advanced Excel

As a Trainer with expertise in Tally Prime, Microsoft Office, and Advanced Excel, your primary role will be to design and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower learners at all levels. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Designing and delivering training programs on: - MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) - Advanced Excel (including advanced formulas & functions, pivot tables analysis, lookup, macros) - Developing participant-centric materials such as manuals, presentations, assignments, and hands-on exercises. - Conducting training sessions through online platforms and physical classrooms. - Assessing learner progress through quizzes and practical tasks, providing feedback for continuous improvement. - Staying updated with software updates and emerging features to ensure training content remains fresh and relevant. - Offering technical support to resolve learner issues during training sessions. - Measuring training effectiveness and refining program content for improved outcomes. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields. - Software Proficiency: - Advanced Excel competencies including functions, pivot tables, and automation (VLOOKUP, macros). - Training Experience: - Prior experience in instructional design and conducting workshops or classroom training. - Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to simplify complex processes and tailor teaching methods to a diverse learner base. - Familiarity with virtual classrooms and tools like Zoom or Google Meet is valuable. - Certifications in Tally and Excel are advantageous but not mandatory. - Ability to operate a digital classroom board.
