As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Inhouse Recruiter specializing in Non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product, Operation) at NetCom Learning, your primary role will involve sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support the diverse teams within the company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and formulate recruitment plans. - Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to source diverse candidates. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical skills and cultural fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members. - Ensure a smooth interview process and provide timely feedback to candidates. - Handle job offer negotiations and finalize employment terms. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Non-IT hiring.
