Position: International Recruiter (1–3 Years Exp.)

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

International Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source high-quality candidates for international roles, particularly in the
USA market
.
Utilize platforms like
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Monster
, and others effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver on hiring goals.

Must Have Skills & Experience:

1–3 years of experience in
international candidate sourcing
.
In-depth knowledge of
W2, C2C, and 1099
hiring models.
Exposure to sourcing in
UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia
markets.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Comfortable working
evening shifts
to align with global time zones.
