We re looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist who can identify, attract, and secure top-tier candidates, ensuring that AllEvents builds a high-performing and diverse team. Youll play a crucial role in shaping our companys future by finding the individuals who will drive our success and embody our values. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates. Conduct market research to understand the talent landscape and identify trends to inform recruitment strategies. Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a collaborative hiring process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication. Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages. Manage the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
