We re looking for a Key Account Manager who can turn customers into lifelong partners, ensuring that every event organizer gets the best experience possible while maximizing their success with AllEvents. Responsibilities: To identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. To look after the sales part by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; and recommending solutions. Maintain relationships with key accounts by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by keeping a watch on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a sales executive or Key Account Manager. Flexibility to work effectively and collaborate with event organizers. Language proficiency. Presentation Skills. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
