As a software company providing an AI-powered calendar assistant service, we utilize natural language processing and machine learning to automate tasks like scheduling meetings, rescheduling events, and sending reminders. Our primary goal is to save users valuable time and boost productivity by streamlining these repetitive tasks. Your role with us will involve providing day-to-day HR support to our employees, which includes addressing inquiries and assisting with matters related to benefits, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for managing the performance review process, setting goals, and conducting evaluations. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Your tasks will also include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews and reference checks, coordinating the hiring process, and assisting with onboarding procedures. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing needs and requirements for open positions will be crucial. Furthermore, you will utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to source potential candidates. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, participating in job fairs and recruiting events, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations are also part of your responsibilities. You will be in charge of maintaining HR records and documents, including employee files and records of benefits enrollment and changes.
