Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely closure of vacancies across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer rollout.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer acceptance and joining.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and vendors whenever required.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn and recruitment processes.
Good follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience in bulk and lateral hiring.
Knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
