Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend Data Integration (Open Studio or Enterprise).
Design and implement end-to-end data integration workflows, including extraction, transformation, and loading into various target systems (databases, data warehouses, cloud platforms).
Optimize ETL jobs for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Identify data quality issues and implement validation, cleansing, and error-handling mechanisms.
Document ETL processes, mappings, standards, and best practices.
Monitor ETL environments, troubleshoot failures, and provide ongoing production support.
Integrate ETL processes with scheduling and orchestration tools (e.g., Control-M, Airflow, Cron).
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on ETL development experience
Strong experience with Talend (Open Studio or Enterprise) along with Redshift, S3 , SQL
Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of ETL best practices, debugging, logging, and job optimization.
Good to have Azure cloud exposure
