Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and explain our digital marketing services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain digital marketing services
• Handle inbound enquiries professionally
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain call records and client information
• Follow up with interested clients via calls and WhatsApp
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
• Confident and persuasive calling ability
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (training provided)
• Ability to handle rejection positively
• Target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecalling/telesales
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools
