Job Description

Job Summary

Fabmark Men’s Clothing is seeking a highly skilled Tailor Master to lead our tailoring team and ensure premium-quality craftsmanship in men’s formal and ethnic wear. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in garment construction, pattern cutting, and fitting, with a strong eye for detail and dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the tailoring team to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
Take accurate body measurements and interpret customer requirements for bespoke garments.
Cut fabrics according to design specifications and oversee sewing, finishing, and alterations.
Ensure high standards of stitching, fitting, and overall garment quality.
Collaborate with designers and sales staff to deliver customized designs and new styles.
Manage workflow in the tailoring unit and maintain records of materials and orders.
Perform quality control checks before final delivery to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Master Tailor in men’s clothing (suits, shirts, trousers, ethnic wear).
Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and tailoring machinery.
Excellent cutting and fitting skills.
Ability to handle bespoke and made-to-measure orders independently.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Attention to detail, precision, and customer satisfaction focus.
