Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Visualization:

   Design and create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau based on business requirements.

2. Data Analysis:

   Extract, clean, transform, and manipulate large datasets to draw insights and support decision-making processes.

3. Dashboard Development:

   Develop and maintain efficient and user-friendly Tableau workbooks and data visualizations.

4. Data Integration:

   Integrate Tableau visualizations into various applications and platforms as needed.

5. Performance Optimization:

   Optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for performance and efficiency.

6. Collaboration:

   Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and deliver solutions.

7. Documentation:

   Document data sources, definitions, and methodologies used in Tableau visualizations.

8. Training and Support:

   Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Tableau dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Experience:

  Proven experience (2-5 years) in developing Tableau dashboards and visualizations in a business environment.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Strong understanding of databases and SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

• Analytical Skills:

  Ability to analyse complex datasets and translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving Skills:

  Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Team Player:

  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Tableau or other relevant certifications.
