Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy scalable Tableau dashboards. - Engage with business users to gather requirements and convert them into visual solutions. - Optimize performance of Tableau workbooks and implement advanced dashboard techniques. - Provide technical leadership and mentor junior analysts as needed. Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in data visualization and BI development. - Advanced Tableau skills with Tableau Certified Professional certification (highly preferred). - Proficient in data storytelling and UX principles for dashboards. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in SQL and integrating data from multiple sources. Bonus Points: - Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud platforms. - Immediate joiners are preferred and eligible for a joining bonus.
