Tableau Developer

As a Tableau Developer at our company, you will be a key member of our growing analytics team, utilizing your expertise in SQL and data modeling to create insightful dashboards and support strategic decision-making. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Tableau dashboards tailored to business needs, along with optimizing SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources. Collaborating with both business users and technical teams, you will translate requirements into functional reports and ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics outputs. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Masters degree in BE, BTech, MCA, or MSc, and possess hands-on experience with Tableau software, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of data modeling concepts and relational databases. Your analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment will be essential. While not mandatory, experience in performance tuning Tableau dashboards and knowledge of other BI tools or scripting languages would be advantageous.
