Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Linux and Windows server environments (including Active Directory and O365) Manage and troubleshoot databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server Work with virtualisation technologies (Proxmox) Oversee cloud server infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform Ensure effective desktop management for both Windows and Linux systems Support networking tasks to ensure seamless connectivity Automate processes using tools like Terraform, Chef, and Salt What You Bring to the Role: Strong technical skills in system administration and problem-solving A sharp eye for detail and commitment to thorough documentation Passion for building and maintaining robust, reliable infrastructure Solid understanding of disaster recovery principles and strategies Ability to secure public-facing systems against malicious threats Capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team
